Microsoft Store Associate Program

This project is dear to my heart. Just like everyone else, during the pandemic we needed to find a way to continue to deliver compelling stories that spoke to our customers and helped them understand our products better.

We produced a series of explainer videos for the Microsoft Online Store by sending recording equipment to our associates’ homes. We guided them remotely through setup and scripting, despite their lack of video production experience. The footage required significant editing to remove background noise, distractions, and other imperfections. We then color corrected, added graphics, and animated the final product. It was a complex process, but the end result was a testament to our team’s creativity and adaptability.

I designed a set of graphics that adhere to the Fluent design language. I focused on creating a clean and simple aesthetic using frosted glass materials, which provide a modern, sophisticated look.

To enhance the visual depth and physicality of the elements, I integrated subtle reflections, light, and shadow effects. This approach not only adds dimension and interest but also aligns with Fluent’s principles of clarity and seamless user experience, resulting in a compelling and immersive visual presentation.
